The Environmental Cytometry Facility is a multi-user facility managed by the Johnson Laboratory at the Marine Laboratory of the Nicholas School of the Environment at Duke University. The Facility, which includes instrumentation for flow cytometry and microscopy for the analysis of Bacteria, Archaea and other microbes, is available to both Duke University and external users and was made possible through generous support of the US-NSF (#0526462, #0959630, #1031064). We encourage you to contact us to learn more about, to develop a project for, or to schedule an appointment to use the facility’s resources.
